Madumita is the powerhouse behind the epic journey called Luxe Living. With her experience in successfully running an organization, strategic planning, sales, design thinking, and love for Indian crafts she is driving the organisation.
Madhumita is a Kolkata native raised across the country. With the creative bend of mind and exposure to the cultural offerings of the craft reach country called India, she was drawn to the world of design.
She along with her husband, set up a premium design studio of Interior Architecture in Kolkata – SubhAAkritee in 2003. Now, after a decade SubhAAkritee is known for its design and quality solutions.
With this deadly mix of creativity and entrepreneurship, she looked beyond and started Luxe Living in 2016 to promote and practice Conscious Clothing. Today, Luxe Living proudly exports its exclusive range of Hand woven hand-embellished products to many countries in Europe, South America, to USA, Japan and Middle East.
Madhumita was chosen to be a part of the Goldman Sachs 10000 Women Worldwide initiative and was coached in Business Studies from ISB, Hyderabad .
Being a well known face in the industry Madhumita is part of various business summits worldwide, such as Speaker on Gender Parity, funding to SMEs, ethical fashion at global platforms like WTO, ITC, etc., Mentor on Govt. of Delhi Business Blaster program, Govt of J&K Saath program and Member of FIEO Training Committee.
She was qualified to be part of the GS-ISB Ambassadors Program and felicitated by the Ministry of MSME, Government of India, as an ‘Enterprising Woman of the Year 2021’.

With the experience of running a successful businesses for the past 22 years, Salil brings organizational disciplines to Luxe Living.
He has been instrumental in setting up and running business in various sectors like interior architecture, plywood manufacturing, F&B, etc. He has worked with industry leaders like Kirloskar Brothers, Hyatt Regency (Kolkata), Hilti India Pvt. Ltd., etc.
With the skill of strategic planning and financial management, Salil is igniting the soul of Luxe Livig.

Over the past 18 years, Imran has held several significant leadership roles in helping organizations solve business problems and harness sustainable growth. He is Uniquely poised with both Technology & Media knowledge to create successful digital assets with high ROI.
Imran has assisted numerous organizations like ITC, GSK, Dominos, Reliance, Mahindra, Concentrix, BPL Plasma (US), FedEx (US), Siegwerk (Germany), SaveLife Foundation, Emami etc. to maximize their business potentials.
Besides Imran currently assisting start-ups, he is also heading IdeaptDigital, a one-stop digital story shop.
